My name is Jennifer and this is my blog. My first blog. I am 26 and I am married to my best friend and soul mate. (See ‘Ocean size love’ on how I met my hubby). I was born and raised in Ireland and I still happily live here with my family. I have an amazing family and friends that I love dearly. Derrick, my hubby, was the only love of my life up until my little boy was born in may 2011. He instantly captured my heart and everyday I fall more and more in love with him.
Ever since I was a little girl, when people asked what I wanted to be when I was older, the answer I would give every time, would of course be "I want to be a mammy and a housewife". Of course I wanted to be successful and go somewhere in life, but the idea of having dinner waiting on the table for when my hubby returned home from work and the idea of been able to stay at home with your baby and enjoy every second of every day with them, kind of sucked me in. I couldn’t wait to grow up and be a wife and mammy. Yes, I know, crazy huh?? ::smile::

So anyway, here I start on my blogging journey. Because I stay home, I feel like I have kind of lost my independence and I miss being out there and meeting new people. I wouldn’t change my life for the world but I feel I need to find myself again and I’m hoping this blog will help me along the way.
